Asma Al Husna
Asma means names, and husna means beautiful. Thus asma ul husna means the beautiful names of Allah Subhanah.Allah has given Himself the most beautiful names in the Holy Quran. They are 99 in number, and the 100th is Allah itself. An example of Allahs beautiful names would be: Ar-Rahmaan (The Beneficient or The Gracious), Ar-Raheem (The Most Merciful), Al-Maalik (The Sovereign Lord or King), Al-Jabbar (The Compeller), Al-Ghafoor (The All Forgiving). The design of “Asma Ul Husna” by Ali Delzendehrooy has been done by breaking traditional rules.
Bismillah
(Arabic: بسم الله) is the transliteration of the Arabic word which translates into English as “In the name of God” or “In the name of Allah” and is the first word in the Quran and the incipit (the shortened form) of the basmala, a name for the Quran’s opening phrase in Arabic, bismillāhi r-raḥmāni r-raḥīm (“In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the most Merciful”). These designs, which are calligraphy and typography, are used by this name.
